Developed a comprehensive HR Management System designed to streamline HR processes for contract workers. The system allows HR to manage leave requests, attendance, and queries like missing punches efficiently. On the employee side, it provides a user-friendly portal to track attendance, request leaves, and view assigned holidays. My role involved backend development using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL, as well as collaborating with my team on integration and testing.
