As a Partner and the leader of the US Change and Communications Community of Interest, I am responsible for the development and success of Mercer Career’s integrated solutions across strategic consulting, core solutions and products. Serving as part of the R&D function, I continuously push Mercer to innovate, refresh and refine our solution portfolio with an outside-in perspective, to meet the rapidly changing nature of our external environment. To ensure I keep the pulse on what employees need, I continue to work with global organizations on change management strategies surrounding complex, large-scale reorganization as well as design and implementation of employee communications strategies. Prior to Mercer my experience includes Human Resource management consulting for a U.S. military force to find workforce efficiencies, corporate training, supervising and developing training program for a telecomm call center and HRIS implementation.
