My passion for call center management is above anything I have ever experienced. People are the key to the success of any call center. Attitude determines potential. Skill is an exercise that can be trained. Developing my staff into the best they can be is my key driver. Having the right people in the most appropriate position makes the difference. I am not afraid to challenge the status quo. Pushing for limitless results through my people's potential is what keeps them challenged. I have realised that what is measured, the input, is what I will get, the output. I have successfully started up many team's, desks, divisions in the sales call center environment. Many of the efficiencies that was implemented is still the foundation of these successful team's.
