I am not afraid to challenge the status quo. Pushing for limitless results through my people's potential is what keeps them challenged. I have realised that what is measured, the input, is what I will get, the output. I have successfully started up many team's, desks, divisions in the sales call center environment. Many of the efficiencies that was implemented is still the foundation of these successful team's.
