Technical Support Specialist
Current- Delivering top-tier technical product support via phone, email, and in-person interactions to ensure the global customer base achieves success with Innovasea products.
- Working closely with R&D, Operations, and Repair teams to troubleshoot customer equipment issues.
- Tracking and meticulously documenting customer issues and solutions using Salesforce CRM, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in records.
- Contributing to the development of product user manuals and the customer knowledge base to empower customers for self-service.
- Collaborating across departments to utilize support case resolution insights for continuous improvement programs, product development initiatives, and customer education efforts.
- Being available for evening, weekend, and holiday hours as needed to provide timely support to our global customer base.
