Adherence of GRNs/MIGO in SAP against 100 % inbound deliveries as per Gate Entry System.Complete knowledge of Material Gate in to Gate out process in SAP.MIS- Stock agings Location wise and plant wise, Self-life/Hazardous items, Slow moving/Absolute items etc.Ensure FIFO in material handling, Scrap storage and sales through E-bidding rate approvals.Delivery challan preparations for Job work material, Dies and tools and repairable items.Scrap disposal, Hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste and E waste to authorized regulatory agencies.

Material inspection with PO/WO, quantity wise as well as quality wise.Preparation of Joint Verification Report (JVR).

Monitoring of Goods Receipt note after physical verification of actual quantity received against purchase order quantity and Challan quantity.Arrangement of Material Inspection by Q.C/Users and monitoring of Inventory by delivering the inspected material into specified location and its preservation.

Monitoring perpetual stock taking of stores Inventory, Inventory Control. & Etc. Costing of material in Stores.Co-ordination with other departments for inventory purposes.Handling stock management, inventory control, Monitoring of Monthly Stores consumption.Monitoring Age wise analysis of Stores Inventory, Reconciliation of stores Inventory & consumption with accounts.

Monitoring of Issuing the material to the users on FIFO basis, after verification of proper Charge account in issue slip and duly authorized by the HODs.Monitoring the day-to-day consumption details sent to management.

Co-ordination with user departments and Purchase department for smooth supply of material.Coordination with accounts section for invoices, and process of all supply/job work invoices for payment.Coordination with local Vendors and Transporters to timely delivery of material.

Monitoring material requirement plan as per production floor needs.Tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required in the plant.Efficiently managing the inventory levels, for ensuring ready availability of material.
