Project Description:TBO(TravelBoutiqueOnline.com) is a B2B travel portal that allows the real time booking of hotels , flights, Buses, Train and mobile recharge worldwide. Backed by cutting-edge technology, it provides a hassle-free booking experience for travel agents.Along with B2B we do handle issues related to our B2B2B agents. Role and Responsibilities• Interaction with clients to determine issues, investigates the root-cause, and troubleshoots technical issues through ticketing system.• Creation and maintenance of SQL Jobs.• Verification of issues via XML logs.• Perform systems administration activities to ensure the smooth operation of applications across multiple platforms.• Ensure that SLAs of assigned customer reported issues are met within TAT.• Prepare IM strategies and roadmaps to meet business requirements.

E Biz project contain various applications like HIFP, ACA, Smartforms, SNAP, IDW Broker book of business, Sales Illustration, PPA Calculator and Perfrates. HIFP is the site which is having access to all application and facilitates the Financial Advisors to generate various sales illustrations for their prospective clients and do transactions for Clients. HIFP: - The primary actor of this application (HIFP) is Broker (Financial Analyst). HIFP application was the back bone for each application i.e. the broker can access every other application from HIFP. Further HIFP was divided into two parts:-HIFP CSR: - used by csr.HIFP ADMIN: - used by admin.Sales illustration: - The Sales illustration tool displays past performance of various products (from the date of inception to current date) and it simulates historical data to yield illustrations. This tool captures all the required information in various screens and provides hypothetical illustrations. ACA: - ACA can be accessed by Clients, Brokers and Broker Assistants. ACA is the application which shows contract and policy details and allows users to do transactions.Smart Forms: - This application was used by broker and client as the repository for all forms. It was used to hold all type of forms.Perfrates: - This application was mainly used to update the daily and monthly date and rate for the entire product and the funds associated to it. For this we used to get the value from another team. It was used to determine that how well is your product performing.PPA Calculator: - It was a type of rider which the user can opt with his other benefits. This application as used to calculate a certain value used some existing values from the customer.The application which had batch jobs were: - HIFP, PERFRATES and Sales Illustration.In this project I got the opportunity to work as a single offshore point of contact with in the team of two people.
