I am a two time graduate of American University with a Master's in Taxation and a BBA in Accounting & Finance. While at American, I was a varsity swimmer and VP of Marketing for the Accounting Club and involved in numerous volunteer activities. Since 2011, I have specialized as a nonprofit tax professional. I launched my career at Raffa, P.C. (now known as Marcum, LLP) and worked there for 10 years. I also worked at SC&H Group for 2 years and provided tax services to various non-profits including private schools, hospital groups, and affordable housing organizations. I am currently a tax manager at the Han Group and manage the non-profit tax department at the firm. I work with many different non-profit organizations including charitable organizations, social welfare organizations, and trade associations.
