Key Responsibilities at Forbesvyncke:Products:Combi Boiler - Water cum smoke tube Boiler, Water tube Boilers, Thermal Oil Heaters)  Preparing P&ID in autocad based on technical offer given to client.  Performing calculations for foundation load data and supervising draftsman to prepare Boiler GA, Foundation dwgs, Floor Plans.  Preparing design and drawing documents for IBR approval  Checking of manufacturing dwgs for pressure parts, non pressure parts, ducting, insulation  Checking of isometric dwgs, Review of piping layout in 3D model viewer  Making technical purchase specifications and giving comments/approval on vendor drawings for 1. Pollution control equipment as Bagfilter, MDC, ESP, Wet scrubber 2. Feed water system consist Deaerator, Pump, Control valves, Safety Valves estc 3. Fuel handling system, Pneumatic and Mechanical Ash Handling system with Ash silos, Dust extraction system  Supportive role in Drawing and Design Approval from IBR or Bureau Veritas India  ERP Entry in system for engineering BOM and documents.

Key Responsibilities as an integral part of Tranter Global Design Hub:Design calculations for Shell-Plate Heat Exchangers, Plate Heat Exchangers with respect to international design codes ( EN13445, ASME SEC VIII Div 1) .Assistance to customer support/sales for selection of material and thickness of pressure parts.Design calculations of structural members/non pressure parts of Heat exchangers.Supervision of team responsible for 3D modelling of parts and assembly of heat exchangers.Checking of manufacturing drawings,bill of materials.Hands on experience on design software/tools/ERP: Mathcad, VVD, Ansys Workbench 17Autocad Inventor, AutoCAD, MAPICS

Key Responsibilities at TBWES :Design of Sub Critical & Super Critical Power Boiler. ASME / IBR Code Calculations for Pressure Parts of boiler, Internal piping, External piping. Design of piping supports, transportation crates.Checking of isometric piping drwaings. Checking of manufacturing drawings of pressure parts & Non-pressure Parts;Supervision of drafting activities-preparation of drawings, 3D modeling. Preparing material requisition, Bill of Materials for budget requirements.Handson experience on software/tools:AutoCAD 2D+3D, Microsoft Excel, Baan ERP, PLM
