• Evaluating the adequacy of existing maintenance and inspection programs, and suggesting improvements to existing programs.• Making Daily routine Inspection at Work Site.• Keep a Record of All Safety Meetings• Keep Record of Injuries and Fire incidences.• Incident or Accident investigation and reporting.• Safety audit on site, instruction and training to the company and contractor staff.• Supervision of all construction works on site.• Fire prevention of all company activities and Conducting drills.• Train all regular staff in the plant regarding Fire & safety.• Daily inspection of fire extinguishers and hydrant points.• Inspection of necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.• Put necessary safety precaution before starting any job.• Make daily and monthly reports regarding Environment, Health, Safety & Fire.• Advise the workers for Chemical Hazards and use of proper personal protective equipments.• Closely observation to make sure those first aid welfare facilities properly maintained.• Preparation of daily EHSF reports.• Strictly implementation of better housekeeping in the factory premises• Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident. • Make monthly HSEF monitoring plan for proper monitoring.• Maintaining the documents related to safety dept. i.e. .Accident register, factory inspection register, Unsafe condition/act noticed register etc. • Training to the employees regarding Fire fighting, Personal protective equipments, Mock Drills, Housekeeping etc., • Organize Employees Medical Checkup programs as per Factory Act 1948. In the factory and different types of health camps for employees.• Responsible to establish & maintain safety systems in accordance with the EHS Policy.Knowledge of:• Fire protection engineering methods and practices.• Installed fire extinguishing and related safety systems.• Firefighting equipment, its uses, capabilities, and limitations
