I am an experienced lawyer specializing in international sports law, with over a decade of active involvement in the sports industry. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of representing clients before various sports dispute resolution bodies, including the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the FIFA Tribunal, and disciplinary tribunals of national and international sports governing bodies.With a diverse and global client base spanning Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia, I advise athletes, coaches, clubs, agents, governing bodies, sports management firms, and other industry stakeholders on a wide range of matters. These include employment law, commercial transactions, intellectual property, player transfers, and issues related to regulatory, disciplinary matters, match-fixing, and anti-doping.In addition to my legal practice, I am passionate about sports law education. I co-founded "Doctrina Ludus," a sports education initiative aimed at empowering individuals with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in the field. I regularly deliver lectures at renowned universities and speak at sports law conferences worldwide.I hold a Master's degree in Sports Law and Management from the prestigious Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), Barcelona, and a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Columbia University, New York.
