Project Summary:Tengizchevroil's Future Growth Project-Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP-WPMP) is the next major expansion of oil production at Tengiz and is significant to the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Future Growth Project (FGP) is based on TCO’s successful 2008 Sour Gas Injection-Second Generation Project expansion, on which another Fluor-led Joint Venture participated. FGP will expand production by approximately 12 million tons per year.Major Responsibilities performed:- Initiation and Execution of Construction Progress and Performance Management System. Simultaneously worked on three different databases.- Report directly to CEPS Manager and other Construction Managers on the daily activities relating to Construction Progress and Performance.- Leading a team of six Quantity Surveyors and four Progress Technicians to oversee accurate Construction Progress Measurement of Project Contractors.- Coordinate with Contracts department to oversee and verify Contractors' Payment Certificates.- Coordinate with Planning Group by providing accurate data for the development of Progress Curves and Charts.- Provide Planning and Construction groups with accurate Installed quantities of Construction commodities.- Liaison with Contracts Department in Tracking all Change Orders and Design changes. - Oversee activities of Estimating group to ensure accurate Scope of work, Man Hours and Quantities are estimated for the Project.- Issue Weekly Progress Reports with all relevant information to the Management.- Work with Contracts department to oversee all Claims of the Contractors.- Work with Engineering group to ensure all Design Changes, Drawing Changes and changes in Scope of Work are correctly updated in the Progress Management System.- Provide training to inexperienced, fresh and new comers to the industry to use the Project tools and systems related to Construction Progress and Performance.

Project Summary: Saudi Aramco – Jazan Gas Projects Company (JGPC)A grass root refinery with a 2.4GW Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) power station fueled with heavy residuals off the new refinery. It is a $2.1 billion industrial gas complex in Jazan, Saudi Arabia, the largest such facility in the world. The refinery and terminal when complete, will require 600MW to operate. The complex is built by a joint venture between ACWA Holding and Air Products on a build, own and operate scheme. The IGCC will supply power, steam, hydrogen and water to the refinery as well as power to the JEC and national grid. Jazan Gas Projects Company, JGPC, is a Special Purpose Vehicle incorporated in Saudi Arabia to develop a large air separation unit (ASU) to supply nitrogen and oxygen gases to Saudi Aramco. The oxygen will principally be supplied to the new IGCC power plant, while the nitrogen will be used both at the IGCC plant and on the refinery.Major Responsibilities performed:- Quantity Survey – Primarily involved in Electrical and Instrumentation works and solely responsible for checking Contractors’ E&I progress and validating it against the Progress Measurement System.- Verification of installed quantities against marked engineering and IFC drawings, cable schedule and other supporting documents like RFIs, Daily Reports and Spreadsheets.- Conduct weekly Progress audit on site through joint walk down with Contractors to verify construction Progress.- Conduct occasional walk down with Client on site for Progress verification.

Calculated sub-contractor’s invoices by applying the contract pay codes and unit price of every discipline along with detailed material take-off. Also estimated the man-hours to measure the site progress.
