Project for Comptroller and Auditor General of India:Induced training programs for onboarding employees on newly developed audit applications converting paper audit process to paperless centralized government audit system and end-user after training support.Communicating with clients and business users to discover business requirements, analyze the business process and provide the needs of the cross-functional teams.Designed and developed digital learning solutions, and scopes. implemented, evaluated and managed the learning development projects.Coordinated with government stakeholders to collect requirements, and feedback for high-level onboarding processes for government personnel. Gathered, cleaned, and analyzed an extensive set of audit legacy data of various government offices and transformed them according to a newly developed system.Delivered lectures and trained over 300 government high officials on how to use OIOS for audit and switching to an effective paperless centralized government audit process.Analyzed potential issues and provided inputs into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and developed data analysis reports.Ensuring that changes are delivered correctly. Project for Comptroller and Auditor General of India:Trained more than 1000 govt officials in a single go so that they can effectively do their filing/audit work online during the COVID crisis.Single-handedly onboarded 10 CAG field offices on e- office, created organizational structure, and master data and trained more than 500 Govt officials within 3 months.Provided end-to-end user support and helped them get familiar with inter-intra-state government filing/audit system.Worked directly under GroupA government officials and also helped various high levels central government officials to get familiar with the paperless and streamlined intra and inter-government processes.

Project for the Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare Onboarded and Conducted training govt officials of more than 80 ministries on the newly developed online central pension system so that they can process and track pensions seemingly.Gathered Cleaned analyzed pensioners’ data from various banks and uploaded it into the system.Coordinated with senior government officials to facilitate strategy discussions involving multiple agencies on direction technology, and current processes and gather requirements, feedback, enhancements reports, and generated MIS reports.Helped pensioners in filling pension forms and getting the red book and pension on time.
