Role and Responsibilities -• Expertise in skills searches, mass mailing & job postings.• Involvement in End-to-End recruitment life cycle.• Sourcing and pre-screening candidates.• Screening and prepare candidate for interview, educate the candidate on company history, and explain Job details.• Cold-calling and exploring the different sourcing channels - Job Portal (Naukri, Monster & LinkedIn, Head hunt etc….)• Extensive internal interaction with all levels of management, team members, Candidates.• Excellent hands-on experience in handling multiple requirements.• Handled multiple positions of different level on recruiting process.• Maintaining reports and database.
