As a Shared Services Assistant at Eagers Automotive, I played a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the finance department. My responsibilities encompassed a range of critical tasks, including invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and preparing vendor payments. During this time, I also worked on implementing Supplier Account Management (SAM), which allowed smoother and faster accounting processes. I also spent my time to learn different accounting software such as ERA, Docusmart, SAM etc.
