Role: - Sr. Business AnalystAs a Business Systems Analyst for HISD, I am responsible for integrating customer feedback in technology and tools upgrade for the district with 280 schools. I joined the team during COVID pandemic to enable technology reliability for the district as it witnessed spontaneous increase during the pandemic.
