Assistant Manager
Current- Support Managing Director in scheduling, calendar mapping and travel arrangements, corporate presentations and reviews, sales funnel management & process improvement
- Develop & implement customer contact plans and marketing activities for the MD’s office
- Work closely with vertical heads to get reports & review their performance on a regular basisSingle point of contact for managing MD’s office including developing customer and employee communications, corporate.
- Client management for Corporate Relationship, sales and pipeline & customer satisfaction survey
- Core member of the POSH Committee & employees Suggestion committee
- Responsible for managing all customers visits including drawing up the agenda, developing material, ensuring participation from stakeholders and ensuring follow ups
