Part of the Client Services Team and roles and responsibilities are as follows:• Backend coordination for Assessment Delivery and Client Drives• Creation of score cards and short listing as per the client’s requirement• Creation of analysis reports for training and assessments held in colleges and corporates• Knowledge of end to end assessment delivery process• Conduct Assessment Drives in Colleges• Part of the team creating IRIX (Industry Readiness Index – PurpleLeap’s own Assessment tool) Manual• Created parallel forms for test papersContent Development :• Understand project requirements• Identify and source Subject Matter Expert from various field of expertise• Source and Empanel with Subject Matter Expert and maintain Subject Matter Expert data base• Follow up and receive Content Procurement from Subject Matter Expert• Purchase order and Invoicing for the Content sourced• Coordinate with internal/external departments and ensure delivery on time• Maintain good relationship with the Subject Matter Expert
