During my internship at Inspiration Manpower Consultancy (IMC), I immersed myself in the dynamic world of human resources, specifically focusing on recruitment. Over a period of more than 60 days, I eagerly embraced the challenges and opportunities inherent in the role of a recruiter. Each day presented a new chance to refine my skills, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting interviews and evaluating their suitability for various positions. My time at IMC allowed me to gain invaluable hands-on experience in navigating the intricacies of the recruitment process, honing my ability to identify top talent and match them effectively with the right opportunities.
