Over 13+ years of experience in various SAP Products and an overall of 14yrs of experience in the IT career. Have significant exposure to lean and agile development methodologies, good Product Management skills, Quality and Test Management skills. Worked extensively on ERP Modules like SD, MM & Cross Topics with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud like Analytics, Situation Handling etc.. My current portfolio is focused on increasing the adoption of intelligent technologies and is part of SAP Product Success Co-innovation & Content team. I have been taking care of product management with Analytics helping Customers in APJ to understand and adopt embedded Analytics in S/4 Hana Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud. Been conducting enablement sessions to Customers in APJ and EMEA region on how to leverage the embedded Analytics. Being a trusted advisor to customer and SAP partner community, I also focus on bringing back the constructive feedback back to product thereby ensuring the product success.I am also the APJ lead for an internal SAP program focusing on the Customer Success and Customer satisfaction. Driving cultural change of my team and being the voice of the Team to the high management. I run retrospectives and plan for the solutioning of the issues faced by the Team to ensure a healthy and happy environment within.I am also a Product Thinking coach . Helping to build the gap between the users and business. Coaching to design the journey from the problem space of the users to the solution space of the business. My last stint was that of a Quality expert. Focusing on SAP Focused Run, Solution Manager Monitoring applications, SAP SD and MM. Test management, Test Automation and Test executions were the primary focus. Was also part of a Test Tool Development Team handling the quality aspects of the same. Was also a Scrum Master running a Development Team adhering to the Agile Methodologies.Also, have undergone various trainings in management and leadership skills as part of Next Generation Leadership Program at SAP Labs India.
