After completing my Business Law degree, I decided to purse a career in Real Estate.Namely residential properties, attended auctions and found properties,for clients to invest in Buy to let opportunities.Managed a small team of builders, carried out several small internal renovations, for other professional landlords and some overseas clients.Personally managing my buy to let portfolio, gave me the confidence and correct skill set for managing other client portfolios.I worked closely with mortgage brokers as an introducer in my early days, gaining vital insight about raising finance. I also worked with other residential developers, managing maintenance issues with my team of builders, for their portfolios.Keeping an eye on the market and investing in residential opportunities namely in London over 27 years now, has been key for investing client funds in the property market and seeking out the right investment opportunities.
