Responsibilities• Effective meetings – Board, Annual, Extra ordinary and Committee.• Taking care of all the secretarial compliances.• To meet all the timelines of tax compliances.• To liaise with Banks and other regulatory authorities.• To prepare financial models and cash flows.• To take proper care of all foreign investments.• Timely and accurate payments to the contractors.• Working on projects for funds raising and EPCG.• Taking Care of all HR aspects.

Responsibilities• Lead transitioning of roles relating to CMH, Corporate, Financial Reporting & Inter Company from UK Corporate Office to BSC India. • Key resource in stabilizing the process and effectively ‘go live’ of the process.• Responsible for Green Service Level Agreements in CMH Amer.• Facilitated in creating new SLA’s for CMH Amer.• SPOC for learning Bank Process and facilitated in creating their SLA’s• Responsible for managing a team and reviewing the team performance through various control and quality checks.• Reviewing all general, expense, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accounts.• Keep a check whether rectification has been done for all exceptional and wrong entries in books of accounts.• Review monthly P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.• Comparison between the budgeted and actual flows. • Do the trend analysis.• Meet all the requirements of the counterparts and timely reporting to them.• Responsible for review of month end reconciliations, recording month end JVs and MIS reporting for hotels under team’s responsibility.• Involved in extensive follow-ups and reporting for open and aged items in reconciliations. • Smooth month end closing.• Signing of JV’s as per statutory requirement.• Participated in training pertaining to CMH – EMEA and Asia Pac. • Involved in giving in house and cross functional trainings.• Started educating my peers relating to Six Sigma.• Event Management and to be a source in programs like Blood donation camps.
