Responsibilities as Change Manager• Receive, log and allocate a priority to all requests for changes• Quality check all the CRs before CAB meeting• Table all Requests for Changes (CRs) for Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, issue agenda and circulate all RFCs to CAB members.• Chair all CAB, Freeze and ECAB meetings• Authorize acceptable changes, either alone or after a CAB or ECAB has taken place• Liaise with all necessary parties (including Incident, Problem, Release and Configuration teams) to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules• Update the change log with all progress that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and/or to take opportunities to improve service quality• Review all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives; refers back any that have been backed out or have failed• Review all outstanding CRs• Analyze change records to determine any trends• Close RFCs as per schedule.• Produce regular management reports including KPI• Managed the End to End successful transition of Sweden Service Management to India Responsibilities as Quality Management Representative:• Designed Change Management Standardization Process• Created of Quality Plan, Quality Audit, Preparation of Check-List, Periodic Scorecard• Demonstrated the improvement by monitoring the Score Card• Documentation Management
