In WTW i was assigned in Finacial Operation, handling Benefits Delivery & Administration department.I have to look after the Fraudulence transaction made by the Card holder of Health saving account or several account related to health benefits. I have to analyse the transactions made on daily basis and take out the fraudulent transaction and report it to the supervisor or client to stop the payment or deactivate the card.In TCS Kolkata I used to work in closing activity in Accounts payable department working on Oracle tool were we have to account the transactions and alanyse the issue and resolve as well before month end closing. Along with have proper knowledge regarding Invoice processing and auditing of the invoice which gets proceseed in the tool.. I even have knowledge related to Debit balance activities as we analyze for the Debit balance which are sitting against the supplier and chase for refund, or solve the case if there is any false debit balances against any particular account.
