Work Pertaining to Statutory Activities:• Statutory Compliance related with HR and Labour laws.• Handled Documentation for Registration of company under Bombay Shops & Establishment Act, PF Act, ESIC Act & MLWF Act• Ensuring all the returns (PF & ESIC) have been submitted within proper time phase Work Pertaining to HR Activities: (Key Areas)• Documentation: Ensuring all the details of the employee has been kept in a proper order Updating and Maintaining Individual Files (Hard Copy & Soft Copy) Drafting and preparing various type of Letters’: Offer Letter, Appt. Letter, Confirmation Letter, Increment Letter, Warning Letter, etc. • Remuneration: Finalisation and Processing of Salaries within the specified period time frame Coordination with the Bank Personnel Ensuring all the statutory deduction has been done as per the respected Act. • Insurance: Handling all kinds of Insurance Matters of the Company Handled formalities for Opening New Policies, Renewal, Endorsement etc. of Insurance Policies of Employees, Directors and Office Insurance Have Knowledge of Mediclaim Policy, Personal Accident Policy, Keyman Insurance, Fire, EQ & Terrorism, Burglary Policy, Structure Policy, etc. Drafting Letters related to Insurance Matters on behalf of the Company Work Pertaining to Administration Activities:• Maintaining Stationery Stock Report• Maintaining and Updating House keeping records• Maintaining of Utility Bills Records• Supervision and Coordination with Administration Assistants and Office Assistants for smooth functioning of the Department
