 Perform research activities to determine a list of possible vendors and also research pricing information and compare prices and quotations and forwarding it to the Purchase manager. Negotiate with price and discounts with vendors. Liaison with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders. Co-ordinate with finance and others team members for cash purchases from local suppliers. Making purchase order and forwarding it to the vendor, track and continuously follow up with vendors regarding production and delivery of orders placed. Resolve any issues with vendors for damaged items received, wrong items, or short deliveries. Update tracking log and review with all parties the status of pending orders to be delivered. Obtain samples for review and approval in line with company policies. Preparing service contract and yearly purchase contract with specific vendors. Work closely with warehouse staff and help maintain an accurate inventory count. Filing documents, scanning, binding etc; and general office duties.  Assisting the Purchase manager and the Project Director.
