A Senior Project Manager and Structural Engineer with over 25 years of building design and project management experience.This includes experience in all aspects of project delivery including project initiation, design management, consultant procurement, budget and schedule preparation and monitoring, construction procurement, contract administration, commissioning and project closeout. I also manage and provide mentorship to a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. My experience with Colliers Project Leaders includes providing project management services and support to the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (OILC) for complex projects within the Central Region of Ontario. My years of experience as a consultant and a project manager enables me to provide valuable on site representation to conduct site meetings, manage design reviews, monitor quality assurance, provide creative but cost effective solutions and ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules. My extensive experience with a wide range of projects under the OILC mandate allows me to proactively forsee and analyze risks, mitigate their effects and deliver projects on time and within the approved budget.
