Responsible for implementing and maintaining the infrastructure of the Human Resources function of 30 years old diversified Group employing 750 people with an annual turnover of AED 200 million. My role is to support leadership by identifying and coordinating HR services, appropriate and effective strategies related to staffing, compensation, performance management, rewards and recognition, benefits, employee relations, policy administration, and employee communications across all businesses. Responsible for managing all HR Department functions with 3 supporting staffs. Overseeing successful monthly payroll (AED. 1.5 Million) and incentive processing. Designing and implementing corporate policies, departmental procedures and systems to streamline the overall HR functioning of the group. Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date and legally complaint.

Managed AED 2 Million monthly payroll through WPS.
