• To design the HR Strategy and initiatives in alignment with the organization need.• Part of plant leadership team and drive the desired organization culture.• Change agent in deploying policies.• Responsible for effectively drive the performance management system as per guidelines.• Regular interactions with various committees and periodic meeting with employees in different communication forums.• Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular position and analysis of the existing level of competencies.• Conceptualizing and developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.• Adhering to applicable statutory requirements and ensure healthy industrial relation.• Liaising with government agencies on issues related to labour department & factories.• Review, Monitor & Ensuring shop floor activities to engage workmen are in place.• Collaborating with operational leaders to ensure consistent and effective design, development and implementation of learning programs, succession planning, and other processes.• Directing all compensation programs, including performance-based annual bonus, performance management process, salary reviews, job analysis and evaluation, and reward & recognition against competitive market.• Preparing HR & Admin budget plans and look for opportunities to reduce cost.• Preparing necessary communications & announcements related to the organizational changes.• Supporting in audits and ensuring that all processes implementation as per defines SOPs.• To ensure required administration support provided to employees.

HR Budgeting/Manpower Planning;• Develop the HR strategy in line with the business needs.• Analyzing the manpower need to cater the potential business.• Policy implementation (Policy Review, Design)• Responsible for designing and developing updated HR policies and procedure regularly.Statutory Compliance:• Responsible for all statutory compliance such as ESI, PF, PT, Department of Factories and Boilers, Labour Department, KSPCB Compliance, Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund and Shops & Establishment Act.• Liaise with Government offices and agencies pertaining to State & Central applicable laws. Performance Management:• Responsible for Performance Appraisal Management. • Understand the business and what is required from each role within the organization (Goal Setting). • Work with senior management and support preparation of employee appraisal criteria and scorecards. • Maintain accurate and updated documentation on employee appraisals.
