Key Result Areas:• Consolidation of Financials of Indian and Overseas subsidiaries besides management of complete functions of accounts. • Active role in finalization of Annual Operating Business Plans, its implementation and close monitoring thereof. • Management of Income Tax, Customs and Excise Laws and Service Tax.• Finalization of MIS of various business units and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team on Monthly basis. • Ensuring complete compliances of all applicable laws pertaining to different business units spread over different geographical locations. • Liaisoning with different Big4 audit firms for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audit apart from coordination with in-house Internal auditors.
