I am currently working as an fraud analyst in paytm payments bank .With an experience of 3.5 years My Day to Day Responsibility are :-Investigation of fraud cases involving Paytm Bank/Wallet accounts. - Recovery of amount (if any) from the accused account/s and refund of same in victim’s account/s. - Redressal of customer’s queries related to fraud prevention over CRM/Social platforms/IVR. - Monitoring of transactions/accounts and identification of suspicious activities. - Action against Suspicious/Fraud accounts to prevent misuse of Paytm application. - Coordination with merchants to obtain relevant details necessary for investigation where transactions involve such merchants. - Reporting of fraud data to RBI on timely basis for analysis. - Customer interaction to address their concern involving fraud transactions. - Action against suspicious accounts reported by NPCI/banks/other agencies on daily basis. Coordination: - Interaction with personnel from other banks in regards with the fraudulent cases reported by customers. - Handling of cases reported by other banks where transactions are done towards PPBL and taking necessary actions on accounts involved. - Coordination with Police/RBI/NCH/CPGRAMS with reference to customers’ grievances.
