Responsibilities and nature of job: IT Service In warranty:o Spearheading with DATA CRAE CORPORATION, PUNE as a Technical Team Leader with Service Manager for Rest of Maharashtrao IT Procurement & IT Vendor Management.o Having a good knowledge of Supply Chain Management & Logistics Managemento Hands on experience in taxation and budgetingo Having good knowledge IT software developing with related software. o Hands on experience in managing the entire spectrum of functions related to Administration & Troubleshooting.o Hands on CRM escalation matrix.o DELL service RMA.o Focused and hardworking professional equipped with thorough knowledge and technical understanding coupled with an analytic bent of mind and confident to take challenging assignmentso Competent and dynamic Hardware Engineer with rich and varied exposure to installation, configuration, trouble shooting and administration of Desktops, Notebooks, Workstations, Printer’s & Networking Devices. o Rich experience of Object Oriented Methodologieso Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal traits with talent for problem solving through reasoned thought processeso To provide remote solution to all over India. o Training: train new users in the basics of the system: windows, email, internet, MS office, in-house application.o System maintenance log; keep and update a logbook of system maintenance routines, frequent faults, along with solution to problems.o Care packs product purchase and sales all reputed brand like HP, Lenovo/IBM, Dell, HCL, Acer etc..o Keep inventory of hardware and software up to date. Monitor software licenses status and ensure compliance with license agreements.o Daily working in daily ratio of generating invoice.o Handling conflict in between sales team and purchase team.
