As a product quality manager I am responsible for:-- I maintain the accuracy of the ordering systems and the completion of stock orders whilst ensuring delivery accuracy and product rotation.- I analyse food cost components ( raw and completed waste, food promotion, employee and manager meals and condiments ) to develop and communicate weekly food cost action plans to managers and crew.- I ensure the completion of weekly, monthly and quarterly planned maintenance to ensure equipment is in good condition.

Responsibilities at this position were:- - Responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, people practice and sales on my shifts.- Supervising employees to ensure the restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to.- I comply with restaurant safety standards and includes investigating all incidents and taking corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
