I have been working in the ITSM domain for over 15+ years in multi-national companies where support model was based on Follow the Sun (FTS) principles for management of incidents, problems, change, release and capacity. I rely on my key competencies such as Data Centre Operations Management (both leadership & technical), Project/Program Management, Vendor Management & ITIL Change and Release Management for delivering a reliable infrastructure. Availability of the solutions (99.6%) and compliance to standards were my key focus areas.Two key achievements to highlight in my career span was the management of Nestlé’s EMENA Data Center move from Germany to Switzerland and transforming the Data Center organization from a Time & Material to a Managed Services support model.I am currently looking for a new challenge as a Project / Program Manager for Datacentre / Infrastructure. My goal is to help companies deliver on their strategies for the future in terms of Data Center and cloud. My objective is to run programs working with decentralised teams (nearshore, offshore) and support companies maximize their ROI.
