BIO-MINING- Segregation of municipal wastes (Sand, Stone, Plastic, & Metal) Processing Capability: 40 tons/hr 2. PLASTONE UNIT-Aggregate preparation using stones and plastic wastes/Processing Capability: 1 ton/hr 3. PRUNING MACHINE -Cuts off the extra grown branchesPRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: 1. PAPER RECYCLER -Recycles waste paper/Processing Capability: 120 m∕hr (Paper Width:420 mm) 2. CYCLOIDAL GEARBOX-High reduction ratio with Minimum backlash (Close to zero) 3. SHREDDER- Shred the bio-wastes & facilitating the quicker decomposition of wastes/Shredding capacity – 1 ton/hr.

Technical Training: (Mechanical Engineering Programs)1. PRD – Polyskill Robotic Designer (Heading the unit of 8 members to create a humanoid and analyzing using Ansys software )Industry 4.0 will lead to a machine-dominated world. A world with intelligent machines and things. This world would be an encompassment of AI, IoT, Cloud, and Cyber secure controlled Edge Machines and things that would ponder among Humans to live in this world.2. AMD – Aerial Machine Designer (Heading a unit with ten members and tested the basic aerial bots)Aerial Machines and Flying Machines will be an inevitable part of human life in the coming days. And they are not just machines in the air, but machines that would be artificially intelligent performing various activities through tandem interaction with humans, animals, and other edge machines.3. CED – Creative Engineering Designer (Created the design models in Ed tech platform using Chinese tech and integrated with cloud computing)Engineers or Aspiring Engineers must be creative and innovative in their thoughts. Their minds should imagine novel designs of machines to solve problems. Their thoughts should revolve around modeling solutions into creative designs which mandate an artistic thought process.CED is the first program in which I attempt to infuse creativity into a learner through art. Consecutively the program triggers the learner’s mind to imagine innovative designs that would satisfy the comprehensive & precision design requirements which are then presented as solutions.
