I am super excited to work on manipal hospitals under the clinical pharmacology team , where we are curiously involved in 🌟 Making INPATIENT audits, where we are majorly contributed to finding and resolving prescription ,transcription, indenting and dispensing errors🌟 Restricted antimicrobials audit on finding according drug formulary of manipal hospital 🌟 Assessing on the discharge summary of the patient and explaining it 🌟 Patient reconciliation were also checked and processed and involved in patient education about the drugsSo happy to making internship at manipal hospitals ☺️🌟 Currently, I am part of the esteemed Clinical Pharmacology team at Manipal Hospitals, where our focus is on various critical tasks:1️⃣ Conducting Inpatient Audits: We meticulously identify and resolve prescription, transcription, indenting, and dispensing errors to ensure seamless medication management for our patients.2️⃣ Restricted Antimicrobials Audit: Our team ensures strict adherence to the drug formulary of Manipal Hospital, meticulously auditing and managing the usage of antimicrobials.3️⃣ Assessment of Discharge Summaries: We assess discharge summaries, providing patients with comprehensive explanations of their treatment plans post-discharge for better understanding and compliance.4️⃣ Patient Reconciliation and Education: We actively engage in patient reconciliation processes and educate patients about their medications, empowering them to take control of their health journey.☺️ I am thrilled to be part of Manipal Hospitals, where every day presents new opportunities to contribute to patient care through our dedicated clinical pharmacy practices.

During my tenure as a Pharm D INTERN at Vgm Gastro Centre Hospital, I acquired valuable insights into prescription auditing📝, patient case reviews concerning medication administration , and the documentation of medication reconciliation 💊, including drug-drug interactions , food allergies, and other related concerns. Additionally, I had the privilege to engage in research activities 🔬and actively participate in ICU and emergency care ward rounds🚨, enhancing my understanding of critical medicines used in intensive care settings.
