Probe card Manufacturing and Equipment maintenance.Engineering SkillsManufacturing- [ ] Controlling Multilayer Organic (MLO) vertical probe card manufacturing.- [ ] Leading operators, technicians and AE.- [ ] Troubleshooting AMD PCB and Problem-solving.- [ ] Technology transfer activities from headquarters to Singapore.- [ ] Operating Zevac machine, Nikon measuring microscope and Ersa scope.- [ ] Raising purchase requisition (PR) for direct materials for production.- [ ] Planning production schedules to meet sales delivery dates.- [ ] Contact headquarters and understand the workflow.- [ ] Monitoring stock balance for stock review and put up using MLO inventory.- [ ] Monitoring production output and material availability for production using MLO eTag.- [ ] Attending internal audit for MLO.- [ ] Follow the procedure and spec given from headquarters.- [ ] Order MLO tools from headquarters when a new device comes in.- [ ] Helping QA to solve the problems for certification cards and headquarters cards.- [ ] Ship the card according to the delivery date.- [ ] Understanding more about QA document control, specs of MLO manufacturing and QA- [ ] PRVX testing.- [ ] Keeping traceability records whenever needed, maintain BOM and routing in SAP.- [ ] Qualification and evaluation of new technologies.- [ ] Calibration of all tools for MLO section.- [ ] MLO bolling replacement training from headquarters, micro soldering experience. - [ ] Knowledge of ISO 9001 process and documentation.- [ ] Follow the safety procedure.- [ ] Answer to sales inquiries.- [ ] Knowledge of CNC. Equipment- [ ] Equipment maintenance, calibration, and Preventive maintenance (PM) for machines.- [ ] Installing new machine, troubleshooting old machines, and Keeping backup.- [ ] Managing certain sections (Lapping & Centering) of the cantilever probe card manufacturing- [ ] department to solve engineering issues and challenges.
