Responsible for identifying and sourcing new business for the Bank while maintaining asset quality.

- To source the business for company as per company’s business policies to achieve the targeted disbursement and book-size- To prepare credit note and present the proposal to the sanctioning authorities to obtain the sanction- To ensure timely execution of transactions by liaising with other functional groups- To ensure timely collections to minimize debtors and credit losses

- Involved in requirement gathering, development, preparation of test cases & post release support of web applications for a US based media publishing group- Nominated as Value Evangelist & a member of Value Creation Council of HCL Technologies- Reduced the test cycle to one-third by automating a process which repeatedly required code changes and application rebuilding- Conceptualized and developed an Intranet application for information sharing which was accessed by Entire Offshore Development Centre
