 Lead an innovation product team; innovating, sourcing and pitching new products.  Communicating proactively with buyers, when there are development concerns raised – and provide solutions where possible, to rectify, whilst maintaining set calendar dates. Work on open cost sheets for all business styles and calculate ball point cost for final closure keeping margin in sight.  Strategic Sourcing- Evaluate and categorise vendors bases on their strength and focus on business with them as per the strength.  Global Sourcing- Find new vendors globally, evaluate and onboard them as per need of business. Closely working with new onboarded vendor for smooth flow of initial business and understand them the SOP for timely delivery of goods.  Product enhancement- Present new fabric, trims, finish and present to brand for upgradation of products.  Managing on Raw Material lead time reduction project for all core styles to reduce the final lead time and increase the cash flow.  Study Competitive brands for New Fabric, finish and concepts On Monthly Basis and present report to brand.  Cross develop and cost all Core styles between different country and vendor to mitigate any sourcing or high cost risk.  Evaluate and keep a track on all Core styles time to time and upgrade it in term of fabric upgradation or new finish addition.  To be the problem solver for the team and business partner with respective vendors.

 Major concentration in communication with buyers for business/running orders. Study Buyer trends and work with vendors to develop samples for the growth of business. Work with buyers & vendors on new order closure with closure on delivery & costing. Closely work with buyer & vendor for new sample and fabric development for Raw material/ Buy meeting.  Manage greige commitments with the fabric suppliers as per the projections from the buyers. Handle day to day correspondence with vendors & buyer. To assist/support in review the monthly buy reports, forecast and capacity planning with manufacturing facilities. Weekly status meeting with vendor for discussion on placed business Time and Action plan & new developments. Weekly visit factories to check product quality in production and check planned capacity vs. capacity allocations. To work closely with trims and fabric team to keep track of development/approval. Weekly meeting with team members & cross functional team members to discuss status.  To be the problem solver for the team and business partner with respective counter parts. Work collaboratively with QA & Tech. team to download product specification. Expertise in the development of planning strategies, vendor identification, development and analytical assessment to strengthen supply chain effectiveness.

 Responsible for handling international buyers order through sales order-to-order execution for production. Ensuring monthly dispatch plan and daily/weekly production target. Analyse sample garments, suggest Inputs in Production Style Meeting (Man/ Machine/ Technical Points). Involve in methods development, work station improvement for better quality, and reduce bottlenecks and higher production by implementing work aids and new technology. Completely responsible for preparing the technical files and getting all the sample approvals before starting the bulk.
