Working as a Mechanical Maintenance engineer of hot rolling mill(Steckel Mill Twin Stand)Preventive maintenance, Shutdown maintenance, Breakdown maintenance of Hot Rolling mill (Steckel mill, Strip mill, Walking beam furnace & Pusher furnace). Repairing, maintenance and modification of Old or broken parts of hot rolling mill such as conveyor rolls , aprons line shafts guide rolls , gear boxes , hot coiler drum and other different parts of roller table roughing mill, steckel mill, Walking beam furnace & pusher furnace finishing unit.New spare parts development by fabrication, machining, and assembly as per requirement of steckel and strip mill.New modification project for the productivity improvement, cost saving related to hydraulics and mechanical.Handling and planning of jobs & manpower of the entire shop.Maintaining all ISO documents.Participation in TPM & OSHAS works.Follow up with the outside workshop for machining and assembly of spare items.Lubrication as require by equipments like Conveyor Rolls , Mandrel , Screw down mechanism , pumps , machines , liners, Gear coupling and Gear boxes etc. by manually & auto system.

Job functionalities:Worked as a Site Engg. in job of Insulations of Pipe lines & Equipments in Panipat Refinery Expansion Project (DHDT & HGU)Check the Quality of the Insulation Material & Al Sheet covering the equipment & pipelines (hot & cold Pipe lines).
