Current Responsible for new product development of D Category – Electrical parts New suppliers quality system verification through QAV2 (Quality Assurance Visits) Step1 – Supplier Diagnosis Conducting step wise audits for existing suppliers from QAV2 Step2 to Step5 To ensure timely closer of all the open points during QAV audits Currently handling more than 20 suppliers with 70 products of different models (total 10 models which include minor model change as well as full model change) Change point summary identification for all products Raise CRF – Countermeasure Request Form after drawing study Participation in Gebas (Discussions) after drawing study Calculate part criticality based on QD matrix MQS (Manufacturing Quality Standards) deployment for all products PAC-V (Process Assurance Capability Verification) study for all variable MQS items Line trials and product quality verification as per PQCT – Process Quality Control Table Process FMEA verification for all products Development & finalization of supplier inspection standards & incoming inspection standards for all products Raw material verification of all products For different events requirement product inspection at supplier end Specification testing verification for all products Gentiki (PPAP) documents preparation and approval from CEQ(Chief Engineer Quality) followed by handover the same to mass production quality Kakotora (Trouble History Sheet) verification and issue Kakotora to all suppliers product wise for prevention of defect Achieve all events “Q” ppm target (Currently Target is 9 actual is 4 ppm)
