With over 26 years of rich & extensive experience, I am grateful to have considerable success throughout my professional journey and have always loved taking on challenges that are new and ahead of its curve.Expertise in Handling Fire Safety-security & Facilities administration across hotels, Big Residential Projects, Delhi Airports and Hospitals.Having Strong liasioning with Government Offices Police/Fire etc. across Delhi NCR and Bangalore.Responsible for Successful Completion of NABH and JCI audits to get accrediation for medanta and getting prepared at Sakra.Implemented various Enforcement of fire safety-security policies and SOP's across my career.After successful erection/testing/commissioning and completion of fire suppression & Fire detection system, collaborated with various support team for obtaining fire NOC from Haryana Fire Service at Ansals-Valley View-Gurgaon, a big real estate residential project.Experienced an amazing journey while erection/testing /commissioning of huge Fire Fighting Installations at Delhi Airports. Fire Detection system comprises of 50000 Detectors and modules with 50 Fire Alarm Control Panels.whereas fire suppression system comprises of 125000 sprinkler head.After successful commissioning started collaborating with different agencies/vendors/architects involved and got Fire NOC from Delhi Fire Service. Coordinated with Haryana Fire Service to get Fire NOC at medanta,Gurgaon after my joining at Medanta in 2009.Handled complete compliances and liasioning required for hospital from projects to operations in my present assignment at Sakra.Aspiring to be a Leader who acts as catalyst for team, igniting new ideas and solutions to help teams and consumers lives simpler and better life leading to a highly engaged and motivated team and a diehard loyal customer base. I am a people-centric manager and gel well across age groups and have sometimes been called the bridge between people.
