Roles and Responsibilities:1) Artist Management:a) On an average a team of 100 artists to be managed on floorb) This involves day to day account of artist headcountc) Resolving artist & floor issues.2) Tracking Productivity:a) Keeping a track of productivityb) Maintaining reports (like productivity report, man-day’s report, overall project report, etc)3) Achieving daily targets:Planning the day in a way that the daily targets are achieved and the schedule is on track4) Scheduling & planning:Have good knowledge of preparing a schedule for the project and planning the day to day output plan5) Handling dailies:Have expertise in taking notes in dailies (shots review) with the show supervisor’s6) Communication with overseas facility:Communication with our Los Angeles and London facilities to co-ordinate regarding shots or any other issues7) Departments:Have worked in different departments like Roto and Stereoscopy (View-D)Problem solving - Resolves in-depth queries in a methodical manner independently.8) Planning and organizing Refined planning and organizational skills that balance work, team support and ad-hoc responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
