• Operating IHG Brand Safety Standards Operating Risk Management (Safe hotel Manage Risk)Initiates and finalizes fact-finding investigation on any unusual or untoward incidents that may occur within the hotel. Submits.
• Oversees the operations of the contracted Security Agency to ensure that standards established by the hotel are adhered to.
• Ensures that all safety and security policies are observed and adhered to in providing security for guests and employees.
• Develops and executes the Hotels Emergency/Contingency Plans.
• Responds to Emergency Calls in accordance with specified procedures and roles for members of the Hotel Emergency Action Team
• Facilitates employee training and periodic reviews on departmental responsibilities in case of emergencies.
