Started my career with Vardhman Textiles Ltd. in Year 2004 at its unit Arihant spinning Mills, Malerkotla. The company exposed to different departments i.e. Commercial, Logistics, Accounting, Internal Control, MIS, Stores, Inventory Management, Budgeting, Indirect Tax Planning, Insurance etc. The overall experience of 7 years in the company developed managerial skills due to intensive training given by the company through residential trainings,seminars, presentations etc. Learned cost reduction techniques, job analysis , manpower reduction, Internal controls, leadership qualities during the tenure in the company.Thereafter I switched to Vallabh Group for more enrichment of the experience and got a chance to work in the Corporate Office in steel segment. During the last 7 years, managed corporate functions like Purchase of Raw material of the group, Profitability of the Group, fund flow management , Insurance Functions, Term Loan Disbursal, Project Implemention, Exposure to finance function including Foreign Currency Transactions. The company had undergone for stake sale to JSW Group in one of its subsidiary company which enriched expierience in strategic decision making.
