To execute weekly/monthly review meetings with the units for progress of various projects running under cell.• Also Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of the R&D Centre consists LT120 Automatic Laser Tube Cutting M/c (ADIGE SPA Italy make), Vertical Machining Center (Hartford make), EDM Wire Cut (Electronica make) & all Conventional M/c like Cylinder. Grinder, Surface Grinders, Radial Drilling M/c, M1TR, Laith, Horizontal Boring M/c, Jig Boring M/c, Manual Welding M/c etc.Major Projects:• Successfully commissioned and proved out the project target for a Turn Key Welding solution for welding of Harley Davidson 750cc Bike fully robotic welded Frame line, CDN 3 fully robotic welded Frame line (100cc), KZAA robotic welded Frame line (125cc), Upper Tube Component of 2-wheeler Frame & Tube Laser Cutter made by ADIGE SPA Italy (BLM Group).
