It offers award-winning SD-WAN services through Virtualized Overlay Network and NTT Enterprise Services Cloud (ESC) platform, supported by strategically located Local Cloud Centers (LCCs) worldwide.• Designed and implemented Python-based automation tools to streamline network configuration (In-house ConfigMaker) for Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, and SD-WAN devices, achieving a 98% reduction in manual tasks and errors.• Created a code upgrade tool for network and SD-WAN devices to automate firmware and software upgrades, including configuration backups, firmware transfers, upgrade processes, and validation.• Developed a Digital Twin tool for network management featuring real-time network topology representation, detailed routing paths, and device state monitoring, utilizing data from NMS, SNMP traps, and NetFlow.• Engineered an IP Address Management (IPAM) tool to optimize IP address allocation, integrate with DHCP and DNS servers, and maintain an accurate inventory of IP addresses and subnets, enhancing network reliability and performance.• Built an Impact Analysis tool to simulate network changes and predict their effects on live networks, including device failures and configuration adjustments.• Integrated automation scripts with web scraping and API interactions to enhance monitoring, alerting, and ticketing capabilities.• Developed the Auto AL (Access Link) tool for bandwidth management across circuits, ensuring QoS compliance based on policies and SLA requirements.• Created a Visio tool for generating network diagrams using Digital Twin data, with automated upload capabilities to SharePoint for easy reference.• Implemented a self-service portal for customers, allowing real-time status updates, configuration modifications, and request submissions based on user permissions.• Provided training and mentorship to junior developers.
