I have over 4 years of experience in Automobile industry. My first company is Rane Madras Ltd. I had worked their for 1 year as a GAT in quality department. After that I worked with M/S Perfect Dynamic Auto Pvt Ltd for 1.5 years as an Quality Engineer. It is a sheet metal and Fabrication company. My roles and responsibilities are taking internal Audits of Mig welding, projection welding, pipe bending, Do all documentation work of quality department. Prepare Action plan, PPT , excel and word formats etc, Audit upload in OPEX and Process quality Engineer. Presently i am working with Badve Engineering Limited fro 9 November 2020 to till now as an In-percess quality Engineer. In this company my Roles and responsibilities are done improvement projects, eliminate IHR and ensure 0 CC, Prepare action plan, done kaizen on line to eliminate IHR and CC, Manpower handling, Process and product audit, pokayoke audit, FPA audit, Gauge audit, Kaizen sustenance Audit, Inspectors allocation monitoring, Rejection rework monitoring, Repaint monitoring and take action on top 5 defects and provide action plan to Assembly team, Corporate review meeting, vendor quality review and morning meeting data preperation of quality department. Prepare Stage documents, OPL,SOP, IPO etc. Prepare Inspection agrement etc.
