A strategic, customer and people focused leader. I am the Workforce Manager with Watercare, leading strategy and tactics that embed customer-centric behavior along with enablement of strategies that allow for growth of people within their roles. This helps us deliver better CX and EX. I have a genuine commitment to our customers as well as our employee. Managing the workforce in an omni channel environment across multiple teams to ensure that all areas of the business that have a direct relationship with our customers are resourced and capable in delivering to customer expectations. My earlier career, I have worked as a customer service representative, a collection agent, a 2IC and a Team Leader; leading a team of 15+ people through multiple restructures and major changes to the working environment including bringing on multiple key systems on board like new telephony platform and an entire new billing engine. While working as a team leader, I wore many hats including a team leader and workforce planner along with reporting analyst and trainer. This has meant that I would always look for smarter and quicker ways of working. Continuous improvement is now part of my DNA as I continue to look for ways that not only reduce effort for me and make things smarter for everyone in the Customer team that deals with customers. Coming into the role of the Workforce manager I have reengineered rosters for 2 different teams - creating a focus on performance, employee and customer outcomes. I have also created from the ground up a Quality assurance tool for the leaders to ensure we are using our insights on quality to create new training material along with giving the leaders in the team another tool in their tool chest to help coach and develop their teams along the path of success. I continue to lead calibration sessions to ensure we are using the tools we have to the best of their ability and have a seamless approach to quality assurance.
