• 6+ years of Recruitment experience as an Lead Recruiter/IT Recruiter/ Recruitment Trainer with staffing companies.• Full Life Cycle Recruiting process including interacting with clients (hiring and line managers) or account managers, gathering requirements and posting the requisition, sourcing, pre-screening candidates, negotiating contracts and compensation, presenting candidates, coordinating the interviews, following-up, checking references, coordinating drug testing and background checks, managing on boarding process, Expert and knack at achieving a good rapport with candidates, employers, preferred vendors and direct clients developing trust between all parties and closing the deal in an efficient manner..• Getting contractual, contract to hire and fulltime IT requirements from the clients on a regular basis & providing them with the best possible consultants available in the Industry, if possible, of the same Domain area.• Experience with job sites such as Ceipal, JobDiva, Monster, Dice, Career builder, Tech Fetch, Q Compass, LinkedIn, Indeed.• Experience in Tax Terms – 1099/w2/ C2C.• Experience in Visas – H1B, (H1B Transfer with LTIMindtree) Green Card, US Citizen, TN, E3, EAD(OPT, GC, H4 & L2).• Have good experience working in Cable, Telecom, Financial, Healthcare, and IT industries requirements.• Experience in handling multiple clients Vendor Management System(VMS) & few of them was based on SAP SuccessFactor.• Proactively building Client relationship & resume database.• Good Team player with Interpersonal, good verbal and oral communication skills in English.• Ability to hire for different positions like Contract, Contract-to-Hire andFull Time Placements.• Excellent Interpersonal, Convincing, Rate Negotiation, Analytical & Problem solving Skills.• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
