1)Send Purchase orders, update prices and handle discrepancies with vendors regarding issue with prices and purchase orders.2)Creating invoices and shipping labels in ERP vinculum and daily follow up of those shipments.3)Member of Operations team which involves vendor assistance, order procurement, SKU, pricing and freight cost management.4)Coordinate with logistics partner ,collect PODs and prepare GRN of goods.5)Responsible for clearing issues with vendors and First mile logistics regarding issues with pickup and delivery of goods within a healthy time frame.6)Calculate freight charge for economic and safe delivery of material.7)Coordinating with Salesperson (Online & Offline) and sourcing team for resolving issue.8)Work with accounting personnel in resolving various accounting issues.9)Preparing daily procurement reports and conveyance of procurement executive using advance excel.10)Process new orders from the clients. Based on category and inventory, manage the sourcing of those orders (internal fulfillment, supplier direct, or third party), manage changing orders when needed.
